So I was supposed to have my surgery on the second of this month (2 Feb) but due to the surgeon having an injery it had to be cancelled. After looking in the mirror ive realised I hate the size I am. I’m a size 16 and 13.7 stone!! I hate it. I feel so fat and yuck. I know you can’t lose to much weight after you have your boobs done so I was wondering if anyone knew any good tips on how I can lose weight in a month. Preferably 2-3 stone. I’ve been told I can get my surgery on the 15th of march so i need to lose it by then. Any help would be VERY much appreciated. I dunno if anyone else has done it but I thought it would be a great place to ask xx

Hi Hun, don’t go for any stupid shake diets! You’ll just pile it back on! Start a slimming work group! I lost 7 pounds in my first week and eating loads!! Really helps!! And you’ll keep it off too xxx

I agree, just healthy eating and exercise you don’t want to lose too much too quick cos it’s not healthy, and dad diets you’ll just pile back on after as soon as you eat normally again. But be mindful about losing a lot of weight because your consultation is based on your current body shape, each time I saw my surgeon he asked if I had lost or put on any weight as it could impact the size of the implants I was offered x

I agree too! I wanted to loose weight before my op but i only lost a few pounds 🙁 but i still want to loose weight now that i have had my boobs done (1 week post op). Is it possible to still loose weight after your op? Preferably half a stone or more?? Xoxoxo

@mjay94 you’ll be fine loosing half a stone or a bit more, just not too much more.
Jasmine, I agree with the other girls and avoid fad diets. Slimming World is great for some but maybe difficult to get your head around points and hex b etc. in such a short timeframe. Give it a go and if you don’t get on with it then try calorie counting with My Fitness Pal. Regardless of what you do diet wise try to up your exercise as that’ll make a big difference! Just go on power walks for 30 minutes several times a week and that’ll target your fat stores.
    Good luck!

Ah thankyou Ladies! even if i could lose a stone or two in a month I’d be more than happy. Gonna have to cut out the crap and pop. Iv’e started the gym and do bits in the house to. So hopefully it’ll stick in my mind. I know you can lose 1 stone, maybe 2 at a push after surgery so i hope I can just get the body I want 🙁 No more saggy mummy tummy xx

Hi Hun, I got asked the question if I had lost anymore than 2 stone in the past 6 month before my op… not sure why but I thought it must be bad for you if you did x
