I’ve got my op 4th may and super nervous!! Any tips??

But you’ve already lost so much weight hun, well done yourself! I’ve been living on muesli, bananas, chicken, veg, egg sandwiches, & 100g of white potatoes with 60g of mozzarella 🙂 my exercise is 8 hrs of massage a day! I’ve got no rippling but I could just be one of the lucky ones, it has been over the year so not too quickly. Just keep calm & breathe through it all, take little baby steps & enjoy hun, what you having done & which surgeon? Xx

Aww enjoy it hun, its so exciting! What size are you looking to be? @harveymoon2 I would definitely go where there’s help at hand, I travelled 300 miles & stayed at friends for 2 days after the op, then travelled another 300 miles to my mums where I stayed for a week but knew I then had to travel another 150 to home! wish I could’ve just stayed in one place, it was torture but my mums a nurse & was fab with me cos my pain threshold is stupid & wasn’t healing properly xx

@ducky01 yeh after reading other peoples comments, i think i agree with you. i originally had a consultation in london (which is where i live during uni term time) but now thinking getting the op done in manchester near to my mums house would be best and just recovering there. would you recommend staying at home for about 2 weeks after? ideally about a 32E/ 30F but after looking at your photos, but i keep getting boob envy from everyones photos- so now i’m confused. i literally can’t stop thinking about it though. i’m so excited!!!!!!!!!! just got 4 weeks of dissertation hell to get through then i can get them done haha xx
