Weight/Gym – post op week 5

hello girls, i’m nearly 5 weeks post op and still roughly 5lb heavier than before surgery, i had 375cc under, my diet hasn’t changed and i have been going to the gym since week 2 so i’m confused why i can’t shift the 5lb 🙁

I literally researched this yesterday. And spoke to my PC. Your implants roughly weigh a pound (or just over maybe 1 and a half pounds) each!
So that’s 2..3 pounds that you don’t need to count ????????
That other few pounds can be from bloating.. hormones.. just life really!!

Now that you have a new shape with your boobies, don’t go of your weight hun, just go of how you look and feel when you look in the mirror <3 xx
