Weird sensation…. STILL!!

Hey girls, having the oddest feeling in my left breast for the last 3 days. Not painful at all, feel like something is moving around inside me. Scared that I have a fluid build up or something even worse! Anyone got any advice, literally at my wits end, really getting worried about it now xxxx
