hi 🙂 I was able to lift my arms up from an hour after surgery but some ppl find it hard so it all depends on individual! id say bring button up shirts and over head shirts just incase! are you having unders or overs cos that contributes to the pain aswell x

    A onesie!!!
A shirt/vest with huge arm holes! That’s what I wore but it was summer 🙂 so a onesie will be better!xx

I wore stretchy vests that I could step into rather than put over my head just H&M ones then a zip up hoody it’s surprising how easily my old clothes still fit. Onesie is definitely the item of choice for sure!!! Good luck x

Hey hun I had mine done in jan last year & lived in onesies, hoodies & tops I could either step into or button up or if I needed to dress up a bit a nice black loose dress & tights was nice n comfy! I couldn’t lift my arms for weeks since I wasn’t healing very fast but soon after I was fine 🙂 good luck poppet & merry Christmas xx
