    Hey ladies,
I’m booked with dr mounir on the 10th November at Preston. I’m having a 375cc and a 400cc partially under the muscle.

Read lots of great success stories but it’s also good to be prepared for the worst. I’ve seen a few posts where girls have had some medical problems and mya seem to have been quite fast and helpful in treating/fixing the problems.
I’m just wondering where I can read the terms/warranty of what is covered as part of my aftercare.

Which problems will I be covered for? What problems may I have to fork out for to have resolved? Any experience? Xxx

Hi girls I found out. So we are covered for capsular contraction for 3 years and a lifetime if the implant ruptures. Also if we get like a blood clot or haematomia they will re op for that. The only thing the don’t cover is for rippling xxx

Mya is only 3 year aftercare. I know this as I have a rupture and have had to pay to have them removed and new implants put in xx the implants are free but the surgery isn’t. .. and that’s the most expensive part xx

I had mine breast enlargement 4 years ago. 1 as ruptured and now have to pay over 3500 for them to be changed. Only the implants are covered for life.. not the actual surgery x

Do you know if anything in particular caused them to rupture? X x

When I went to my consultation and they said 3 years aesthetic cover so if they are uneven etc obviously doesn’t include if you aren’t happy with size. 5 years cover for anything going on wrong e.g Capsular contracture etc. I was told this would cover everything implants and operation. I’m having mentor implants and apparently they should last 40 years ( at which I nearly fell off my chair as I thought I’d have to have them done every 10) and they have a lifetime replacement policy . Also they have 4 layers and so are very unlikely to rupture and if they do they don’t leak. Obviously it does happen but as technology advances it’s becoming a lot less likely. There are videos of them being run over by cars even! Xx

Hi don’t know what caused the rupture. X they were cui. Having mentor this time X iv still been told it’s only the implants that have the life time guarantee and they you would still need to pay to have them removed and re done if any problems after mya aftercare as ended x

Hi no I paid on my debit card. Mya said cui cover the cost of the implants. Mya would cover cost of surgery if it had happened on 1st 3 years. But as it’s been 4.5years they have charged me £3500 . They said they normally charge £5000. – still not happy but didn’t know what else to.do. so paid it x
