What do I need pre and post op? Creating a list!

What things would you recommend for immediately after the op and for the next few days after, I just want to be organised as my op is 4 weeks away but fast approaching

A v pillow definitely, ice packs , if your a day stay you won’t need much I was only there 5 half hours , take some slippers with you and baggy clothes and you’ll be OK a bra bit I couldn’t wear one for a week lol xx
