I had my meeting with the nurse tonight and nothing was really said about what bra size to go for. She said get one your normal back size and one a size up for when they’re swollen but nothing about cup size apart from “buy the size you think you’re gunna be”. I don’t have a clue. I’m currently a 34a/b getting 375cc implants. Does anyone have any advice?! I’m thinking maybe a D? X

I got a macom bra which just goes by your back size and it stretches to the size u will be going, I’ll wear that then when I have my implants (Wednesday) I’ll get some more from a shop so I’ll have a idea on size. Defo get a macom bra 🙂 and use code MYBREAST at the checkout for 15% off xx

Macom is the best to go for although I recently bought the Asda post op bra for £8 which is very comfortable and supportive! You may want to get a size smaller in those as they come up quite big. They also do zip front sports bras which I’m wearing now almost 2 weeks post op. Back to Macoms… they stretch to your size so just get your normal back size. Mine was quite snug as I had a large implant and a little swelling.

    Hope this helps! Xxx
