    Hi girlies,
I’m having 350cc high profile partials with Frati in two weeks time going from a 32A and have no clue what size sports bra to get. My PC recommended a Macom but Frati said they’re no good. Anyone got any ideas which size to get for a front fastening sports bra??

You don’t really need a front zip up this one is open back clip as front zips pull at the front so the strength isn’t as strong and uneven xx http://shockabsorber.co.uk/en/

Fig leaves have a sale on at the mo. I got one of their shock absorber ones. I had 375cc from a 32A and wearing a 34D sports bra at the mo (5 days post op). My surgeon advised me to go up a back size so it was less pressure on the incisions. Giving me support and pretty comfortable so can’t complain x

    How to measure yourself

When measuring, remember to wear a bra, keep the tape measure straight and snug and make sure it’s warm!

A – CUP MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body at the fullest part of the bust. Don’t have the tape measure too tight that it flattens your bust.

B- ACTUAL AROUND BODY MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body underneath your bust. Pull the tape measure quite tight.

I’m having the exact same size and I’m the same stats, I bought a post op bra from Asia in a medium. I don’t think large would give tight enough support xx

I got my sports bras from ASDA believe it or not the do 2 for £7 which means you can wear a clean on every day to ensure your stitches stay clean. they’re dead comfy come in different colours and are really supportive. I had 300cc and I bought 34 DD they’re spot on.when you’ve got to wear them 24hours a day it’s important you get them right xxxx
