what sports bra and what size!? heeellllp

Hi ladies!

Due to get my BA on 30th Sept with Dr Kazzazi, he doesn’t like the macom bras and suggested asda’s, however they are out of stock so panicking a little! Plus I have no idea what size to go for, the nurse said get medium but most sports bras I see are in back and cup size :/ i’m currently a 34B going for 300cc hp unders…any ideas what size and where to go? Xx

I was told that 300cc is roughly 2 cup sizes up before the dropping and fluffing happens 🙂 so maybe a D to start for you but take in mind the swelling so you may need bigger
If you order from m&s (bit more expensive but SOOO worth it) I’m sure you get 42 days to return them so I would order a few 🙂 or anywhere for that matter, just get a good returns policy ????
I’m wearing a Macom at the moment but ordered my back size and one up and I’m so glad I did because of the swelling and post op bloating (I feel like that fish off nemo that poofs itself up today haha) really did put me up a back size!
Also if you buy a few sizes, the nurses will try them all on after your op to see what fits best too???????? xx

Ah super thank you! @eillohk Yeaah I saw the m&s ones was quite keen on them! Haha aw bless you I have to have the strapping on for a week so will probs feel the same!

Mr marcellino said the same thing about the bras I used asda and their brilliant! I was estimated a DD so bought an E to be sure but I ended up being an F ,I fitted in the F for the first 6 weeks now I fit into the Ev, I would recommend to buy 2 sizes your boobs will change xx

@hannahfrances Well to be honest I’m not even thinking about my boobs yet because of the aches and pains, I’m gona try and mentally block them out untill my check ups when they have changed a bit 🙂
See. So many girls get upset about how they look at first so trying to brush past that stage hahha!!

@eillohk that’s very true! Good idea, I’ve stopped watching any of my series so that I have plenty to watch whilst i’m off work lol the idea of daytime TV scares me! So boring lol well apart from a bit of jezza kyle :’) good luck with your recovery and I hope your pleased with your result 🙂 xx
