I’m a size 6/8 and was a AA before surgery. I’m 3 weeks PO and got measured at an E. a smaller implant does go along way, I had 295cc. The surgeons know best, if you push for it they will still only allow it if they think it will look okay x

Hi Hun there’s not really any different in 375 and 400cc about a spoon full of fluid difference app wouldn’t really make a difference esp as your going under the muscle you lose a bit of the size going under muscle is just stay with the size you have been recommended surgeon really does know best xx

There is literally a tablespoon difference and u do not lose any size by going under the muscle it really is a myth u don’t lose anything….
Unders give u a lot of support in terms of drooping and sagging

Try to focus on the look u want rather than an actual size because size is subjective u sometimes have to go up in a cup and down in a back or vice versa to get a decent fit if ur size isn’t available. For example I’m a 28FF but sometimes have to get a 30G.

I wanted to have fuller breasts and volume without having to wear a pushup bra. Basically wanted the same shape and look.

I wasn’t focused on size as size is not guaranteed and this should have been explained to u as there are many factors involved. Many girls complain theyre not big enough however I ended up with more than I anticipated. My surgeon and I even laughed about it at my 6 month post op appointment.

My surgeon had said I should be a DD /E at most and I’ve ended up. FF/G although I don’t think that they look that big that’s how big they’re measuring.

Trust ur surgeon end of the day they have studied and performed this many times and know what they’re talking about. If u feel uncertain or concerned about them understanding what u want to achieve see them again with images if u haven’t already done so. Fxx

Op I don’t no then about losing a a bit of size then as I can only go off what my Sugoen told me mr traynor said that unders lose about 5% with unders ? I can’t really say if it’s true I was just sAying what I was told but I’ve had overs so couldn’t really say if it’s true from experience xxx

Hun it’s totally fine as 5% isn’t anything tbh if it’s lost at all but many people stress over it unnecessarily fxxx

O I no @fran I why I’ve had to put that would hate for her to stress over it when it wouldn’t make a big difference anyways it’s awful trying to get size and everything else right to make sure you make right choice as it is without someone else making you stress xxx

I think your very right Fran and like the surgoen says everyone is different iv showed him so many pictures and he cant say for definite that thats how they will be, a few people have said about loosing so much going under but i have no choice really, when i seen the surgeon and my co they said il be a nice D possibly a big D which i was so happy with but when i saw the medical nurse she said a small C which then made me think and start to question things, being flat chested all my life i should be greatful for anything haha. Thankyou ladies really appropriate it defo going to think about this and speak to my co again xx

Hun I’m sure it’ll be ok esp if u have shown them images too so they have an idea of the look! Mine didn’t wana see mine I spent ages looking for the perfect boobs online I was obsessed with my boob collage.

Thank God for myaspace at least we can all reassure u and share our experience on the matter. I just feel for girls who get so upset post op. As no one wants tht.

375 is a nice modest size tbh and quite a popular one u will defo notice a difference from what u have now. If anything make ur own rice sizers at home and stuff an unpadded bra with them.

I found it really helped (I only did one boob) to compare the difference. Bare in mind if u wear heavy padding already it maybe hard for u to see the difference as I’ve read so many girls disheartened not seeing what they imagined but realising they were padding the hell out of their pre op bra.

As someone else said if u want bigger u will need to confirm at least two weeks before and see ur surgeon. If they agree and feel it could be an optional they can order the size however they see on the day and no guarantee it’ll fit in.

I didn’t know til the day what projection I was having and I felt so anxious I was freaking out as I had a massive gap but my surgeon decided the night before after looking at my pics on her laptop.

If it helps make a list of what u want to get from ur ba and u can slowly tick it off during ur journey. That way when ur having ur up and down days fxxx

Arr thankyou Fran been a big help i feel like the surgeon and medical nurse isnt listening to me and aint bothered about the pictures and look i want, my boobs look ugly now never mind paying 5000 for them to look a bigger size and ugly if you no what i mean dont want to be ungreatful but its taken me yrs to get here to finally be happy
think im just panicking but feel theres no connection with the surgeon hes not bothered. I tried the rice thing in bra and think i got carried away lol i feel more happier with 400 then 375 i no its a slight difference so i dnt understand why i cant have it lol i sound so bad!! I see girls with tiny frames but huge boobs i have a big back and broad shoulders so really really wanted to get that nice girly shape, and going bigger made me look better :\
Thankyou Fran for listening and understanding @Fran

Ur welcome hun! As stacey said its not too late but u must have an appointment booked before ur op to discuss this, for the surgeon to agree and order them. So contact ur pc / the clinic asap to make tht appointment.

More importantly tell ur surgeon why ur feeling that way (exactly what u mentioned here to us) and explain u have done the sizers too. Ask your surgeon why they’re against the 400 and to explain if it’s to do with rippling, chest width etc. There is no guarantee he will agree to the 400 but either way it is best to get these answers now rather than on the day/post op.

If he orders the 400 he will most likely try to fit them first and see if they look ok. Let us know how u get on! Hope it works out for u fxxx
