Hi I had my op today,
    I took:
My Macom bra (didn’t need) but it depends if your surgeon uses strapping after or not
    A button up shirt
    Leggings
    Underwear
Wish I’d have taken my toothbrush and toothpaste and a charger!
I also had my v pillow for the car journey home!
    Hope this helps x x

Hi Becky! You’ll get a gown, paper knickers and socks to wear which you’ll be in pretty much all day. So all I took was my dressing gown and slippers to walk to theatre in. Youll also need your Macom for afterwards, phone charger, magazines, there’s a TV in your room and £5 for wifi if you want it. And then if your staying over you’ll need toiletries etc. you won’t be able to move your arms much at all after op so I wore a jumpsuit that I stepped into it was so much easier!
Good luck with your op 🙂 xx

You won’t need very much hun. You’re in your gown a lot 🙂 unless you’re staying over night you only need – A supportive post op bra, slippers, water, a hair bobble, button up tops and easy to get on clothes. I’d also take something to keep you occupied as you might be waiting a little while. Good luck! Xxx
