What to wear home after op?

What do you need to take with you when you have your op and what clothes do you wear?

Make sure u wear loose clothes , i was wearing a tracksuit.
Also bring along with You post surgical bra Like for example ; signature bra From Macoom ( it was recommend by MYA nurse ) as You Will have to wear it after Your surgery ( before You Will be discharged home ) . You Can also bring some magazines or ipad Because once u get admitted You might wait up to few hours for Your surgery . But there’s a tv in Your room So i guess it does the job ?

Mine was yesterday I was an overnight stay, I took:

Face wipes
Contacts and glasses
Toothbrush toothpaste
Magazine
iPad and charger
Pair of knickers
Headband to keep hair out of my face
Slippers (for the taxi home)
Pj bottoms
Zip up hoodie
Macom bra
Almonds to snack (altho they give you food)
IPhone and headphones

They provide a dressing gown

You really don’t need much, especially if you’re daycase! Just don’t forget your phone charger mainly! You’ll be im and out, really.

Wear easy tie up trainers, like converse or something. I needed someone to put my shoes on and clothes so something easily accessible! A zip up hoodie and bottoms is your best bet! Also I felt really cold after so when you get discharged make sure you have a warm jacket.
Bring mags or an iPad ext to keep u occupied.

I wore a tracksuit with a zip up top as you won’t be able to move easily. And as above the MaCom bra.

I had mine yesterday I took leggings which were really easy to put on and a zip up hoodie and trainers that I could slide on, i also took a pillow for the car ride home X

i just wore leggings as well with a zip up top. wore it there and back. took a sports bra,charger for my phone,and a drink and chocolates lol. google macom bras and itl take you to their website. if your interested in any other ones i recommend the asda zip up one and m&s zip up ones and these were all in the sale at my store today with quite a big discount!xx
