Honestly think it depends on your current size, general body muscle strength, whether your implants going under or over the muscle, size of the implant…… I had 280cc under the muscle and had basically nothing before and have found the pain the most bearable part of it all, got myself dressed in a t shirt on the day of the op and the only thing that I’ve struggled with is sitting up and opening heavy doors but I’ve read some people struggle to brush their teeth… so it really does depend!! For me the worst part was the sickness and feeling like death a couple of days after but it passes! Good luck it is so worth it. 🙂

I had 325cc profile plus under the muscle, sitting my self up was the worst but nursing staff were great and advised not to do this on my own as could result in tearing open incisions. Pulling knickers up and down was little painfull . I was not able to lift arms to comb my hair, not a good look.

I had 325cc left 175cc right overs and a sizer in my right so had my breast tissue expanded during surgery and max pain I felt was a 4/10, I had a 3 hour journey back home after my op and honestly apart from feeling tired and dizzy the boobs actually didn’t hurt at all, I slept fine had no problems with my v pillow and by day 3 I was driving shopping etc! My nurse said I should have a easy recovery cause I have a lot of protein in my diet and work out 5 times a week so this helps massively! But honestly I’ve had more traumatic recoveries from having a tooth taken out HAHA! I even went to the gym yesterday POD 5 so kinda naughty but all I did was a half hour walk on the treadmill to try get steps in!
Hope you have a brill experience and can’t wait to see your results!!!xxx
