What's best for reducing scarring?

I’m 13 weeks post op and haven’t really been using anything on my incision scars other than bio oil and that doesn’t really seem to be doing much? Has anyone else used anything that’s any good? The nurse at my 6 week check up did tell me to use something in particular and I’ve totally forgot what she said!! My scars are still quite red as well!
My boobs on the other hand are amazing and I’m soooo happy with them! Xx

I’ve been massaging in the boots scar remedy serum daily and that’s really helped ! My boyfriends sister used silicone strips after her procedure and her scars are pretty much invisible now ( she is around 2 years post op )

The remescar silicone stick is really good I’ve been testing it on a scar I have on my forehead and it’s really helped xx

I didn’t use anything on mine and they are hardly noticeable at all everyone scars differently tho I’ve seen people using a cream from younique for stretch marks but I’m abit sceptical about things like that but look on Facebook x
