Met Dr Traynor today, he advised I get HP overs, just seen a lot of people have unders.. I heard if I’m right or wrong that it depends on breast tissue?

I’m getting high profile overs soon . All it means is the implant is over the breast muscle. Unders is under the muscle. Some say that unders are more natural looking but that all depends on the size of the implant and also the size of your body frame.

I have overs and purely as my chest muscles were not big enough to stretch over the implant as I went for. 425cc, I went with my surgeons recommendation as I trusted him completely!

Depending on your surgeon though they should take your opinion into account too, do some research if you’re worried 🙂

I personally love mine and they look no different/fake compared to any unders I’ve seen xxx

I’m having overs because my chest muscles and bone structure isn’t symmetrical (only found out in the consultation!) so having unders will make this more obvious and my boobs will be wonky x

Also unders are much more painful than overs. But it’s still very important to wear a good compression bra. I was recomended to buy a Macom one, but I found it too pricey and not comfy at all. I found an alternative here: http://eshop.lipoelastic.co.uk/products/compression-bras

Aw thank you girls, its helped massively I feel more at ease now 🙂 my patient co-ordinator said the same thing it just depends on how much breast tissue you already have to cover the implant itself and because I have enough already they wont need to cause more invasive surgery then needed. x
