When can I let them breathe…?!

Hi girls just a quick question I’m only 1 day post op but was wondering when I can take my bra off even for an hour during the day? Xx

Hi Hun how are you feeling today , just taken of my strapping today and put my first post op bra on . Feels well better. Day four now they said keep them supported for the first four days . Gonna help keep ur shape good . But I’m sure an hour if ur sitting back comfy won’t harm a thing . Listen to you boobs if they start to ache pop ur bra back on .xx

I feel fine Hun a little achy when I walk but that’s all so far. Hoping tomorrow they don’t get worse!!
I was just gona let them out for half hour they feel so tight in my bra, I was gona try lay in bed an just let them breathe lol. How you feeling Hun any pain or discomfort now ? Xx

Just some saws from the strapping , now iv taken most of it off feeling better . I can feel the pressure on the insidious when I stand straight, iv been lucky with pain plus I had overs .xx

Aw I bet! I’d hate all that strapping. Mine are starting to ache when I sit up and stand but I thought I’d be in more pain today xx

Hey hun, is it the m&s bra you’re wearing? I cudnt stand it with it on! I’m sure a hour off will be ok, just lay still! Xx

I’m sooooo jealous you haven’t got strapping! I’m sick of mine already! Can hardly move! Wish I was just in a sports bra

a week of tight strapping drove me mental. in a sports bra now and wishing i still had the strapping on!

Strapping left some blood bruises I did wait till day four think any longer might have coursed more damage. Good to see them proply too they look better they were wonkie after I had them done.i hope your lucky faith able to cope with the discomfort , I’m sure your feel ok tomoz maybe a little tired.happy healing Hun xxx

Yeh got the m&s bra on thinking its getting tighter as the day goes on , going to try the tesco one tomorrow. Becky dont be jealous it might be just as much discomfort as your having lol.
Im gona take my bra off for an hour now an just lay in bed then put it bk on before i go to sleep xx

I don’t have any strapping and noticed some do and some don’t. Why the difference?

Think its got a lot to do with the surgeon . Also I had one put in hight to change some assemetrical boobs . Guessing I was strapped up to keep it there for a few days I was told I could remove most of it day four . Getting the rest off tomoz at my one week post appointment. Plus side they look pritty evern so far .xx

Mine were assymettrical hes done a fab job on me !! x

Iv spent loads of time looking at bras. I’m just not sure what size I’m gonna be .xx

How early do you think before the 6 weeks you can wear decent one ? Ive got a night out in 2 weeks and no way am i wearing a sports bra lol xx

Heya, day 2 my strapping is driving me INSANE does it have to stay on til post op check up? 🙁 x

i kept just letting mine breath for a bit when i felt to suffacated in the bras, then id have to put the bra back on because they would suddenly feel like they needed it. been doing that since day 3 i dont know if your ment to but i could not stand the feeling of being crushed lol

What post-op bra’s would u recommend? Iv got some lonsdale ones and thinking about getting the zip-up M+S one x

Zip up the front is so easy to put on . Iv found that a gods sent, and I’m not Evern in and grate discomfort maybe because I had overs . But I can imagine how hard it would be if I had been in pain with unders trying to put on one of those sports bras.xx
