When can I sleep without a bra!?

I’m 10 weeks post op and I’d love to sleep without a bra! I saw my nurse (who was new) she told me to wait until my 3 month check up! Is this right? I feel on ease about going bra less but I wonder whether this is because I’m so used to being in a bra?!

Hi Chelsea, I think it all depends on your personal circumstances. I’m 4 weeks post op and at my 3 weeks post op check up with my surgeon I was told I can sleep without a bra and also she said I can go braless during the day to help with dropping and fluffing. Xx
