When can I start the pill again, does it have an effects to surgery?

I had rhinoplasty 3 months ago, can I start taking the pill again?

I just wondered because I wasn’t sure if it has any side effects or impact the surgery I had or could slow the healing down?

It’s usually a week after. They ask you to stop as it can thin the blood causing you to bleed more in surgery, once the week mark has past you’re fine to start again x
