when can I stop wearing the macom bras??

Hey girls, when did you stop wearing the macom bras? I’m almost 3 weeks post op now and the bras are starting to make my nipples really sensitive haha!xx

Hey Hun, I’m only POD 1 and I personally never had a Macom I started with an M&S post surgery bra. It’s really soft and comfy.

Hey Teresa, I’m also 3wpo and I bought the M&S extra high impact bra at the weekend cos iv been having the same problems with the macom. I would of got the M&S one cos my nurse recommended it at my pre op instead of the macom for this reason but I didn’t want to buy it not knowing what size and then wasting £25.
They’re so much better on your nipples though deffo recommend getting one xxx

I had that.
I found the easiest thing to relieve it was to take the removable pads out of a cheap sports bra and wear them over your boobs inside the macom

I have just been & bought one of these m&s bras I have two Macom bras which I’m still going to wear of a night, but the m&s one is much more comfy & boobies look nice & round aswell! Think the Macom makes them look cone like! Xx

Did anyone go up a backsiZe in the m&s bra ?

To account for swelling did you buy a size up in back size ?

I still have swelling but didn’t go up a back size. The measuring lady advised me to stay at my original back size x

I’m 3 weeks PO on wed too x
