When can we sleep on our backs or sides?

Just wondered when can I sleep on my back or side I’m 12 days post op and really want to sleep not sat up!! X

In my post op information it says 2 weeks! So that should only mean 2 more days for you? I cant wait till i can have a decent nights sleep again, my backs killing me xx

I asked the nurse at my post op, she said 7-10 days! I’m 12 days po & I’ve been sleeping on my back since day 9 :-). Don’t get to be on my side much coz it’s not so comfy on the boobies. xx

I slept on my side from about day 12. Felt a little weird and uncomfortable at first because I was a bit paranoid I’d hurt my boobies, but I’m ok now (25 days PO) x

I didn’t feel right to sleep on my side til 6 weeks As I was worried the pockets weren’t formed yet and I’d end up with monoboob! And now when I sleep on my front it gives me the worst dreams! Xx

Great news thanks, I jut can’t get comfy no more and it’s driving me mad! 🙂 x

i slept on my back from 9 days po and am currently trying to sleep on my side but at the minute it feels slightly uncomfortable im 12days po now x

They say 2 weeks to help with swelling & keeping the implants in their new pocket, I didn’t untill I was 4 weeks as I still wasn’t healed & didn’t wanna put pressure on my poor incisions even then so didn’t feel quite comfortable but I’m 4 months p.o now n couldn’t imagine going back to sleeping upright ugh xx
