When did you all drop and fluff? I haven't 3WPO. Also incisions not in crease?

Hi everyone when did you all drop and fluff?
I’m 3 weeks post op and I haven’t yet, is this normal? I had partials.
I think my swelling has gone down now pretty much but from the sides I’ve still got that odd bullet like V shape.
My incisions don’t seem to be right in my crease either which is worrying and a bit disappointing will this change when they drop and fluff as they sit higher than my crease so there’s a bit of boob below my incisions…surely it will get worse when they drop and fluff not better?!

I’m only 2wpo and my insisions aren’t in the crease either. I think the same that surely when they drop it will just leave more boob there, so the scar will be even higher up?!
No sign of dropping or fluffing for me either yet, mine appear to be getting smaller by the day 🙁

Im 4WPO and mine are still very hard and stuck on looking, my incisions are much higher than the crease but i have over-granulation so im sure they will be in the right place once thats gone down, it can take weeks for drop and fluff to start i know ive seen lots on here that seem to have been really lucky and started to soften within days of surgery but i see allot more posts from people asking ‘when will d&f start?’ So we are probably in the majority 🙂
Ive been steering clear of the forum for a while because i wasn’t sure what was wrong with mine and didn’t want to post as i didn’t wan’t to set others off worrying, i was a bit concerned i had double bubble starting but it’s deffo not, if your scars are not in your crease you might still have a bit of swelling/fluid internaly under your incisions xxx

I’m 8 and a half weeks post op and mine have only just started to drop and settle, it depends on how your body heals and can take months to settle properly x
