When did you drive again?

Hi Kay, I had exactly the same implants as you. I drove at 7 days post op. I felt like I could of drove sooner but waited till I saw the nurse for my 1 week check up. Good luck for Friday!! xxx

Hi I had overs and only drove at 9dpo and if didn’t feel to good to be honest!all my pain was on my left side so it hurt to change gear, I’m 13dpo now and it’s a lot better but I still have to feed the wheel through my left hand lol xx

I drive after 4 days I wasn’t really ready to and had to take it extremely steady and like Danielle feed the wheel…I’m 8 days post op and driving fine, still being really careful though!! I had overs so don’t know what it’s like for people who have unders xx

2 weeks after unders, and day 2 with my overs just be very careful getting into 5th or reverse unless your lucky with an auto lol. It pulls on the chest a little just take it easy xxx

Hey I had 350 cc unders and was driving the next day as I had babies to take to nursery everyday. The only thing was when I moved the gear stick I could feel it like the muscle in my chest, it wasn’t painful I just felt it more than usual and it was wierd. I would say driving whilst on pain relief you need to be more careful with xxxxxxx
