When did you stop wearing macom bra and which bra to switch to?

This macom is so uncomfortable for me but I know that it gives good support. I really want to change to a good sports bra but can I? When did you girls do this and what Beas did you change to? Xx

Hi Hun my surgeon totally hates macom bras so I never wore them. I went straight into a shock absorber ultimate run and also a asda post surgery bra that had hook and eyes up the front.

I was wondering the same. @Amy how did you know what Shock absorber size you would be when you went straight into it. I’ve looked for them but they seem to use cup sizes and I’m not sure what I would be x
