When do I pay for the surgery?? Help

I have payed my deposit and booked my surgery for in September and I am meeting with the surgeon in a few weeks my PC told me that I could pay the rest of the surgery amount 2 weeks before the surgery date. However I have just been sent my personalised care plan and it says the I have to pay the balance 56 days prior to my surgery date? I have no idea when I need to pay and I am worrying! Anyone have any ideas?

I was told I would have to pay 56 days prior and I did so. But I think if you ring them up and explain to them you want to pay 2 weeks before and you were told you could they can put a late payment request in for you and change your payment date xx
