Hey hun we all different, I was lucky and really didn’t have that much pain, just swelling and the really uncomfortable excessive tightness… You can get yourself some solapadeine max from the chemist over the counter, they actually have more codeine in them than the ones you got on discharge.. also you can alternate ibuprofen with them.. so every 3 hrs alternate in taking them, this can help .. try not to do this too long, but might be helpful over next few days.. hope this helps and you feel better soon…xxxx

I am 2 weeks post op today and I still have pain. For the first few days it was agony, so you’re not alone, all I did was cry. I was taking cocodamol which made my stomach bad and muscle relaxant which made me sick. It felt like a really awful time. But now the pain is so much easier and everyday it’s easier again. The only pain I have is morning, they are super tight and I have muscle tension on standing up. Which is normal. I switched to just ibuprofen and this worked wonders. You can’t take it along with muscle relaxant tho. It will be worth it, even if it’s unbearable at the moment. I’m the biggest baby and worry about everything. And I’m feeling so much better. Hang in there xxx

They say day three is the worst and for me it definitely was. I’ve had my second op 6days ago so I think the majority of the pain felt is the skin stretching as I’ve had under the muscle this time which is meant to be more painful and i do not have pain anymore, just preservere your body will let you know when you can do more things x

I agree with the day 3 thing!!! Day 1 & 2 was ok BA wise (had vaser too so it was that which was causing me pain not boobs!) but yesterday – day 3 man it felt like burning stabbing pain under boobs which I presume is the incisions. Just woke up day 4 and still in a lot of pain tbh! 🙁 I’ve had a BA before 12 yrs
Ago though and so far it seems less painful that that and I think last time it was only the first 2 weeks that were bad xx
