When have you decided it was ok to have sex!?

Hi ladies,

Has anyone been told how long u have to wait to have sex? Hubby was asking!
I’ve said it may be a while to be rolling around lol! But when can u resume bedroom activities ‘gently’?
A bit TMI but thanks for any advice!!!!

I would like to know this tooooo I’m only day one po xxx

They suggest 6wks as u dont want to raise your bp but i suppose when u r feeling well enough if u have a rough recovery ive seen a couple ov girls post about it within the week n others weeks later x

Thanks 🙂 I’ll just see how I go! In a lot more pain today! Normal though right? @chanel I feel very stiff and achy but was due more pain killers at 4 this morning. I also woke up and had slid right down the bed! Hope I haven’t done anything!

No u will b ok hun if your body allowed u to go down bed then u must av bin able to i still get boob ache now n im nearly six weeks xx

Thank you Hun, I’m really achy today! Have been using ice on and off all day! Massive boob ache, I feel so bruised on my ribs! Did the 6 weeks go fast? I can’t wait to get the strapping off!
Why do we actually need to sleep upright? Does it keep the swelling down? Xxx

I think its so ur implants settle etc u eventually shuffle more n more down bed i would wake up with bad boob ache and yea wen u forget pain killers in early stages u will feel it i tried to keep on top ov myn but i needed them if i didnt take them reg i would feel bad.The six weeks has gon quite fast..but it does feel like ive been in the bloody sports bra forever roll on bras wen i can actually wesr clothes n look down n c cleavage the boobs are all compressed n strapped in at min.Went la senza today n found a few more bras that i liked today which is good but most places dont do bigger than dd/e so i better not measure bigger lol xx

Yeah, I’m still struggling to sleep upright, I just keep waking up pretty much flat! Hopefully it’s okay… I’m not taking the pain killers now so that must be a good sign, just iborphonen when I get too uncomfortable!
When is your 6 week check up? Haha oh god! You’ll have to go to somewhere like boux avenue, I’m sure they do bigger sizes! I have no idea what I’m going to be! I can’t even work it out atm with all the strapping, bra and swelling!
I’m going to try and find a prettyish sports bra to buy lots of so I don’t mind the 6 weeks of sports bars! My macom bra still hasn’t turned up boooo.

Hi beca the nurse told me 4 weeks, but I had sex after 2 and half weeks but only very gentle and he wasn’t aloud to touch them lol xxxx

Hey, I did it on day 8 post op… Without being too gross, the lying down scissor position (if that’s what you call it… !) worked for me as it meant not too much movement on my upper half! I had a BA and Rhino so I’m v.delicate at the moment but this was fine :-). This did also mean no kissing or touching but hey ho, it did the job 🙂 ha
