Hi Cecily, bet you must be excited. I’m not sure about the massage, would love to know though as I’m dying for one too. As for the bra’s at my 6 week check I was told by the nurse, that you aren’t meant to wear wired bra’s until 3 months x

    Hi Shelley,
Once i find out from someone or even the nurse on Friday i will let you know! Oh really three months? are you wearing bras anyway? I wanna get a few even if i have to remove the wire. I need some nice bras these sports bras are not attractive or flattering at all haha.

Hi Cecily, that would be brill thanks. I’m wearing sports bra’s but ordered some nice non wired ones from next – they should be coming today woohoo and when I go out, then I just wear this Sainsbury’s bra, it’s only £8 and has no wire and it’s comfortable too x

That actually looks really nice. Well il see what the nurse says friday go get measured and get myself some wireless ones. How far post opp are you? they look fab also, ive seen so many mixed reviews and opinipns on this but do you know when is okay to go braless for a few hours? Xxx

Thank you, I’m just over 7 weeks post op. That’s a tricky one about going braless, I feel like I still need a sports bra on, if I wear another bra I feel like I get shooting pains, so I wouldn’t go braless yet. But if you feel ok and your past the 6 week mark then I done see why not, but best to ask the nurse when you see her or drop them an email x

I was given the all clear to go braless and wear wired bras at my 6 week check up. I’m still not wearing them though as I have some discomfort around the edge of one implant. Not everyone gets the all clear for bras etc. as it depends on healing.
I asked my nurse about lying on my front for sunbathing and she didn’t know… she recommend I ask my surgeon at my 12week check up as the holiday is 1 month after that. Xx
