When should I be massaging

Hi girls 3 days post op should I be massaging my boobs yet, they still look really swollen and pointy, had worst nigh sleep last night too, an now got sore back feel like old lady haha xxx

I was told no massaging. Seing surgeon for 6 week check today. Going to ask him if I should x

My surgeon said not to bother with massage Hun. He said there is no evidence that it does anything, although it won’t do any harm if I wanted to. Don’t think I’ll bother as they are fine as they are x
