Which after surgery bra?

Hi girls, just doing some research and been told the m&s is great, but there are so many, high impact support, very high, low. Im confused! Help x

I need help too very confused! I want something that looks like an ordinary bra under clothes without huge straps. I think it’s much more difficult in summer ?

Hi Jade that’s great does it have padding? Or not x

I just used Asda post surgery bras. They’re a 2 pack one black one white and were £15 X

I’m currently using the M&S high impact sports bra and find they are really supportive and comfy, however the straps are thick and are hard to hide under clothes x
