I would get a Macom bra for after surgery, they lie below the incisions, i took an M&S zip front sports bra and it lay on my incisions, was very uncomfortable xxx

I agree with Louise, deffo get a Macom, it expands so it doesn’t dig in, its really comfortable and supportive. I had the M&S zip up bra and it rubbed a small hole in my left incision. It’s only since I’ve put the Macom on that it’s started to heal properly, just not worth the risk, I ended up spending the same amount of money trying to buy sports bras that didn’t irritate my incisions when I should’ve just got the Macom straight away and saved the hassle 🙂 xxx
