I’ve also seen pics of teardrops that look great but didn’t even know that was an option! I never hear of anyone getting them. Hannah I’ve gone for a natural look and moderate profile is what gives the most natural look x

Someone told me it because the implant can naturally move and rotate, so if it does the round ones won’t look any different, but with tear drop you will be able to notice if the move because of the shape. X

The risk of rotation is very low – so don’t worry about it! I’ve got teardrops and I love them! xx

I went for round because of the size of the implant i wanted and my body shape my surgeon said that round would suit me more xx

I was certain i wanted a tear drop but advised against it. My surgeon said he used round implants even for a natural look. If you think about it, if you have sagging breasts or low hanging breasts, implants that have all the weight at the bottom really arent going to be good for you! It will just drag you down more and appear more droopy. A round implant gives more appropriate fullness at the top for women that need it. But if you already have pert breasts with no problems what so ever i suppose either implant would work!

I had (have)Mentor teardrop 250cc , gosh must have been about 12 years ago…apparently they have rotated, you can’t really tell by looking.. But it feels weird now. I thought they were ruptured initially, after lots of a use by pregnancies and general 12 years of “use”:)
Anyways, I’d be curious to find out if they were rotated after my re-BA end of next month. I wouldn’t get them teardrop again for that reason. Plus they look deflated at the top (don’t have any pictures yet..). Considering how much I’ll be paying I want them perky without needing a push-up bra! Fed up with those, you know what I mean ladies?:) I look forward to some nice lacy under wired bras.. No more push-ups padded one!

I think teardrop implants give such a lovely natural look. My sister in law and best friend both have had teardrops and I think they look amazing. You can always wear a push up bra on occasions you want them high and visible but day to day you just look like you’ve naturally got amazing boobs ha ha! I think the chances of rotation are very low so I wouldn’t worry too much. Personally I think it also allows you to go a little big bigger because you don’t have to worry about them looking huge and fake, unless that’s the look you want obviously! It all comes down to personal preference and the type of look you want to achieve 🙂 x
