Hi ladies, I’m new to all of this as only just booked my consultation for Saturday. I have seen that sometimes woman have to stay over night, why is this?
Also has anyone had ba soon after a baby? My little boy is nearly 3 months old but I’ve read you should wait 6 months until you have a ba to let your boobs settle?

Hello! You would only stay overnight if you live quite far away from the hospital. I paid £500 for an vet night stay as my PC recommended this but turns out when I got to the hospital they said they didn’t know why she had said this because there was no need to stay overnight I only lived 30 mins away, waste of money! Not too sure about how long to wait after having a baby, did you breastfeed at all? I had mine done when my baby was 8 months old and I breastfed him for 4 months. I had to wait 4 months after stopping breastfeeding to have it done xxx

I’m not to far from the hospital, half hour to an hour most. That’s good to know because I have two young children I’d need to be home for.
I had him in December 10 weeks ago and only breastfed for 2 weeks and I know my boobs are completely empty now.
Was you ok with picking your baby up afterwards? This is what I’m worried, I’m hoping to get mine done around June/July so he’ll be 6/7months. I also have a 2 year old but she should be ok.
