I shouldn’t worry! I’m the same, our body’s are amazing and I’m sure when it decides to go, you’ll go! Just let it do its stuff? It’s only bloating and will go back to normal, we’ve been through a very traumatic experience! Give it time….oohs strapping off sounds almost orgasmic ha ha ha xx

It must be the painkillers, as I’m only on ibrofen and paracetamol and haven’t had that problem. Hope you feel better soon, so jel about you getting your strapping of!! Lol xxx

I think I was bloated for about two – three weeks. It will go down and as annoying as it is, you’ve just got to be patient I’m afraid.. It will happen tho 🙂 xx

drink fruit smoothies. Not yummy ones, horrible ones with lots of berries, greens like kale, spinach, etc. I had one every morning with mixed berries, banana, flax, chia, coconut oil, kale and drank that. My tummy was fine after a couple days. The smoothies don’t taste very nice, but they are pakced with great stuff and help with the flow of things if you catch my drift lol. I would have rather drank something that tasted like grass than be in pain. Home-made soups work well too! x

My stomach is still feeling crap too! Dunno where all the Food is going. Guess its just storing up! Think im gonna stop the co-codamol now apart from when I go to bed. I don’t feel any pain anymore to be honest just stiffness. Xx
