I’m 12 days post op and I think my swelling has gone down because they’re looking a lot smaller, will they look bigger once they’ve dropped and fluffed? I had partials, just worrying I should of gone bigger 🙁

Hey hun I had unders and fluff and drop was so real for me. I didn’t have too major swelling but fluff and drop made them feel softer and fuller. I’m six months post op and they’re still softening. Even tops I wore a few weeks post op look different.

Mine didn’t drop fully til about week 7 and it was then that I could fir them into a bra cup properly. Fluffing makes them feel squishing at the sides. I have to press my sides really hard now to feel the implant where as before I could feel it practically straight away. Fx

I’m 8 days PO and feel like mine are a little smaller too and that the swelling has gone down, just hoping there isnt anymore swelling there! from what I’ve read fluffing and dropping will get them looking bigger like before when they were swollen again, just not sure if they’ll be bigger than those first few days/just how much bigger it makes them x

@sophy123 13 days is not enough time. I don’t think people realise how long a process it is. It’s not instant. Ur body needs to accept the implants firstly, it takes up to a year for the final result so patience is key. Focus on recovery and try to not worry as it really takes time. I’m 6 months post and mine look and feel so different to how they did after my op especially from the first week.

@sophy123 honestly babe don’t fret over them til say 3-4 month post op I found my biggest changes came after this time. Mine were still quite hard compared to how soft they are now. Rmbr ur bigger than u were before thts a blessing within itself. Plus implants measure bigger than natural boobs. Focus more on the look u want and experiment with necklines and widths of straps.

@fran so right. I’m 5 weeks this Fri and mine are just starting to soften and feel more like my own boobs. Its a VERY slow process…when I think back how mine were in first 3 weeks they are so different now. Particularly with unders they get fuller over a length of time. It can take months. The muscle is pushing down on them. Just got to try not to analyse them too much because what they are now won’t be the same in a weeks time. Unders are a whole different ball game to overs! You have lots to look forward to! I’m only just starting to really like mine. It’s taken 4 weeks to get to this stage as your body fights against the implant (basically a foreign body) for first few weeks as Fran said. It makes a lot of sense. X

@sophy123 biggest shock for me is I spent first few days in huge disappointment as opposed to getting the ‘post-op euphoria’ youre meant to get, as I didn’t look any different in clothes etc, and I guess just the image I had in my head as I looked at myself after the operation wasn’t what I expected. But i realised part of the problem was that pre-surgery I was also wearing a DD in bras (enough though I wasnt but was super saggy and empty) and now post-op im wearing a DD bra again…. realised it makes sense why i didnt need to buy any new tops or look different, as these were massively padded and i wasnt filling it but looking outside my tops it would look the same really. this made me feel better after cause i realised at least this time I AM completely filling the DD bras, with no padding and my boobs are not saggy! i guess you have to think about what you know is different, think about your pre-op boobs looked like/the improvement, and generally i did this surgery for my self-esteem and looking better naked haha, and I actually do now so im not so worried if others cant tell ive had the surgery (not sure id want EVERYONE to immediately tell I had a boob job anyway)

still hoping dropping and fluffing will get my boobs ‘looking’ bigger, as fake boobs measure bigger but look smaller, and though I measure DD now they look about a full C and I want them LOOKING like a full DD or even E (greedy I kno hehe) xx
