Been having a load of trouble with bras atm, I’ve just ordered a few new ones but the ones I’ve got I can’t wear it’s rubbing my incisions too much. So I’ve popped this one on for the time being but will it be okay? I’m scared it’s not going to give enough support, I’m back in work tomorrow X

As long as it feels tight hun but obv not too tight that it’s making you uncomfortable! I’m having this problem as well!! The bra I bought from M&S that I thought would be the comfiest is actually the least comfy and my MaCom bra after reading loads of bad reviews actually feels like my most supported bra! ? I’m just wearing my macom for most of the time with the occasional breather for my boobs for about 10-15 mins ?

I have another M&S one that’s comfortable but gets too tight after a while as I ordered a 34D when I should’ve got DD I’ll try upload a pic 🙂

    Hope this helps xx

I’m really confused my medium Macom which is a 34 is too big but small 32 literally won’t go over my boobs!! When I measure my chest though I’m a 27 back ? It’s so confusing!!! I’ve just ordered some shock absorbers in 5 different sizes. Hopefully one of those should be okay xx

Hi Beth, I brought about 8 bras not knowing what size. I shouldn’t have wasted my money as the Macom i bra is the best ever. Every time I put on my shock absorber or other sports bra I feel uncomfortable after a few hours. I now have two i bras that I can hardly notice I am wearing and I’ve just brought a stage two lower cut Macom and again it fits like a dream and is great on a night out where you need support but don’t want everyone to know you are wearing a post surgery bra! x

They put panty liners on ur incision that will help with the rubbing! My Macon rubbed me so I ended up putting trainer socks where my cuts where lol helped loads! But I did also wear normal sports bras too in the day Nd macom at night x

I’ve just tried my Macom 32 on, I can’t finally get it on now but it’s squashing my boobs together and It’s quite tight tbh. I’m not sure how tight it’s meant to be after your op. It’s so annoying when you pay so much money you’d think they supply you with the correct bra and size ??
