Worried about coming out too small…have a look and see what u think please

Hi girls. I had my preop today and got to try on the sizing kit with both implant sizes mr kazzazi chose for me, 310 and 340s. I want a natural look about a D cup but I can’t help but think the 340s look too small for me so I’m now getting worried 🙁 I’ve put pics up of me with both sizes in, add me and let me know what u think please girlys! Xx

I’ve added you Charlotte. I did the sizing kit again on Tuesday. Have discussed 345 and 335 partials to get me from a 34a to C/D. I want to look natural but also worried about wishing I’d gone both bigger or smaller!

Yeh course, add away girls! I’m 32A size 8 now. Yeh I was thinking that only yesterday Kelly but now I’ve tried the kit on I’m just worried about them not being big enough. I know I’m only petite and want a natural look but I don’t think they look very big in them pics x

Have they advised unders or overs for u? X

Its really hard choosing size because you have to take a little off from how they look trying off and you also have to take a little off for unders too. I’m also torn between wanting a natural look and also making sure I get my moneys worth if you know what I mean. I don’t want to look big and fake but don’t want to wish I’d gone a little bigger. I’ve added my trying on pic too – looks a little strange as I was trying 2 different sizes at the same time!

What do u mean you have to take a little off for unders?? So they will come out even smaller than that? 🙁 had a look at your pic and the 340 looks bigger on u! Looks a really good size x

Its so odd how they come up different on each person. Apparently you have to take 20% off (don’t quote me) for unders. Ask your PC they should be able to explain properly. Did they recommend any other sizes? What date is your op? I’m 26th July at Highgate!

20%??! Ill be left with nothing again! 🙁 I’m gonna ring her tomorrow coz I’m really worried now. She didn’t tell me you have to take some off! But surely she will have given me implants that will resemble the size I’m going to turn out. He just recommended 310 or 340. Mines 19th July at park hill! Not long now 🙂 xx

I don’t think it’s 20%! It can’t be! With unders your existing breast tissue will still be over the top as well so you have to remember that as well. Xx

Did you tell your surgeon what size you wanted to be? Your surgeon knows best hun and wouldn’t have offered you those sizes if they wouldn’t get you to your desired size, trust your surgeon! x

Yeh that’s what I thought katiebrad! I told my surgeon I wanted a C-D natural look but seeing me in them pics makes me think I should have asked him for bigger x

I couldn’t see much difference Hun !! I’m worried now too about wat there going to offer me 🙁 xxx

There’s not much difference between the pics because one is 310 and other is 340 so only about quarter if a cup size between them babe xx

Please don’t worry!! I had 340 last week from not even an A cup !! Add me and see the pics if you want. I took no notice of the sizers as I personally didn’t feel they would give me the final result. I have boobs at last and am over the moon. They say you lose a little Toby amount at first but that’s due to the muscle flattening them down, once the muscle relaxes the implant can expand to its fullness! Like Chelsea says trust your surgeon he/she knows best. I was originally offered 375 but he said it wouldn’t fit while he was marking me up just before surgery x

No probs ill accept now 🙂 i really can’t tell a size at the moment but I feel sooooo much bigger, I am in a C cup sports bra and its tight! X

Yours look a good size babe and are in proportion to your body. Have they been getting bigger over time then when the muscle is relaxing? You must be really happy with them 🙂 xx

Aww thank you 🙂 i am over the moon. I am skinny too so didn’t want humongous boobs. Can not believe I can fill a bra finally 🙂 i didn’t even fill an A cup before.
You gotta think too, if your slim with a large implant there is more chance of rippling x

Hiya Hun, I would definately say the 340cc they suit your frame 🙂 they say with unders you “fluff” when the muscle relaxes and they also get a lot fuller once they drop 🙂 xx

I bet that’s a great feeling! I don’t fill any if my A bras! Yeh less chance of rippling and stretch marks..just annoying if I’m paying all that money and going through everything and then wish I had gone bigger but then again I don’t want to look too top heavy either! Maybe I’m just being too fussy lol yeh add away hun xx

I will add you if that’s ok… I’m in a similar situation, well I have had a consultation with transform a few months ago but then decided not to go with them (for what ever reason). The thing is I already have implants, 310cc unders, I had them done 11 years ago, they are still healthy but just seem much smaller recently I wonder if my “actual” boobs shrank and therefore they look quite small these days. I swear they weren’t always like that. However I was pretty much flat when I had them done, like a 34 a or smaller. Now I am so confused about what sizes I would go. Mr meliagros suggested 525 cc which I think sounds insane and really big. Well obviously depends what look one wants to go for. I really want a natural, bus sexy look. I want them big enough but not looking fake… I also heard that when you have overs, they automatically look more fake as well as rippling is more likely to occur.
I just booked a consultation with the MYA clinic, so hopefully that will bring some more clarity too. I would so love your feedback guys and if you could add me and connect, that would be brilliant. What have you decided on Charlotte? Who is your surgeon? Any recommendations? I heard one of them is really big on natural look but I can’t remember what the name is… anyone?

Thanks Danielle 🙂 yeh course u can Lea! I suppose you’ve got more room for a bigger implant as your current ones will have already stretched your skin out so u have to go with a bigger one to fill that and stretch it some more if that makes sense? I will definitely go for the 340s but going to speak to my PC tomorrow about it first I think. I’m having mr kazzazi, I’m guessing he’s the one you mean as he’s an expert in the natural look that’s why my PC put me with him. I’d recommend him so far he’s been great and knows exactly what he’s talking about! Xx

Hey, I am currently a 32AA cup, & a really petite frame, my surgeon said the same implants for me, as im wanting to achieve the same look as you really, a natural one but just actually having boobs lol.. I’ve had the same concern as you, if the 340cc are actually going to give me a C/D cup or if i need to go slightly bigger.
I’ve put my trust in the surgeon about how they are going to turn out, but im thinking of asking to see him again to talk about the possibilities of slightly bigger implants, why don’t you see your PC and ask to try on the bigger implants? that way you can see if you want the bigger ones or not. Have to think about the fact there isn’t much skin to stretch and dont want to get stretch marks. hope this helps. xxx

Hi Charlotte, I think the 340cc suit your frame hun + don’t forget what the 340cc looks like on you, would look completely different on a taller lady.

Hi Gail, thats a good size! I had 340 unders last week and the surgeon wouldnt go any bigger. I was barely an A pre op. x

I tried a 345 on Tuesday after my first try with 290 & 340 & think we are going with that. Want to look like Danni Minogue in her recent hol pics! No idea what size she is tho, haha

if ur already worried about coming out to small, try and push for larger as u will think the same once theyre in! they come out smaller than how they look when worn in a sports bra n u dont want to be disappointed x

340 will give u a natural look size is most nothing difference ….1st BA those were my choices too! i got 340 but i let my surgeon choose but now i hve second BA and 420s and they still look natural !

Ps as an example my 340s fit into the same bra as my 420s i didnt have to change bra size ! So 310 and 340 is minimal difference . I am a tiny 6. 5.3ft. First BA 340 was max i could have and it really was a tight fit but skin adapts!

I don’t know if 340 is the max I can have though that’s just what he suggested for a natural look. Do u have any pics I could see alli? I obviously don’t want to over stretch my skin but I also don’t want to be disappointed after :/ my PC is goin to email my surgeon with y measurements and preop pics and see if e can suggest a bigger size with that rather than me going to see him again as my nearest clinic is two hours away! I said even if he could just order a few bigger sizes in ready for the day and he look and decide then xx
