Worrying after reading story’s 🙁 … It got me thinkin … I’m a week post op tomorrow and I noticed girls who started with different size boobs saying they had different volume of implant in each to make them even … I have 605 in both :-s they still look uneven I just thought they will change at different rates … But now I think they will never be even … Why hasn’t my surgeon done two different sizes do u think she didn’t notice or just thought oh well . :l I payed £4,994 for my perfect pair and the other looks fine but it’s made me think and worry it is noticeable 🙁 what can I do?!

I’m really happy with my good boob and I’m sure they will change in next few months … But I wanted to have even boobs how comes I didn’t have one implant bigger :/ that won’t change .. If only they looked like my left boob I wouldn’t be worrying 🙁 but I’m not sure what I should even do :/ oh must be a down day as well 🙁

Hey Hun, unless you were a full size or more different to start with they wouldn’t normally contemplate offering different sizes! I was given different sizes, and they are still uneven x

Hey, I think it would depend on how assymetrical your breasts were pre op. If it was only slight, then the surgeon might have thought that having different sized implants might make it more obvious or not make much difference taking into account the natural difference and the jump between implant sizes.

My surgeon noticed that one of mine was ever so slightly fuller (I only had small A cups anyway!) and put it on all the notes probably to cover himself lol but he thought I would have a better result if I had the same size implant in both sides. I had unders and they settled at different rates, one dropped early on and the other stayed quite high and tight for much longer. It took a few months to gradually even out to roughly the same size, shape and position (I think very few people have perfectly symmetrical features if you really look closely!)

So try not to worry as you’re still really early days. If your assymmetry was really that noticeable I’m sure your surgeon would have picked up on it and suggested different sized implants. x

No we’re not but I’ve requested you now if that’s ok? I’m 9 months post op now but I felt unhappy and critical of my results and worrying about every little thing for months so I know how you feel!
Worst case scenario if say in 6 months time they are still noticeably assymetrical then hopefully you could get a free re-op if getting different sizes could correct it and you weren’t offered it, but hopefully nature will do it’s thing for you soon 🙂 x

Mine still look uneven, but I knew it wasn’t an exact science to get them even! At the minute I’m happy enough better big uneven boobs than small uneven 🙂 x

Hey Lottie mine were assymetrical before my ops 1 was larger than the other n saggier, he confirmed that so said don’t expect perfection, I think the problem is more obvious now my left sometimes looks loads bigger than the right xxx

I have one boob bigger than the other and it has dropped slightly lower too. I posted a thread on here last week about it because I got myself into such a panic . I received some lovely messages and have relaxed more about it now. I am only 4 weeks post op and still have alot of changes to come. Just reading these posts, is reassuring to know that it it quite a common problem. You are still early days and I am certain they will even out given time and they will look great !! x

Hey girls I had my boobs done a year now 340 cc in both , don’t worry about one being bigger than one especially early days there still adjusting to your body. No one has same size breast or ears lol. Obviously there 2 separate ops so one may heal quicker than the other. Bear in mind some drop sooner some longer there is also a chance of rippling and CC so girls please give it time the world was not made in a day 😀 next op next year for bigger 🙂 6o5 cc
