I measured myself today and going by the ones online if i measure 28″ then im a 32 band size, which i buy anyway but my cup measurement was only 33.5″ so on all the charts im a B!! I wanted to be at least a C 🙁 Also i was a 32A before but going on those charts i must have been an AA as they stick out more than just an inch compared to before. BOOOOOOO! This has ruined my day Hmph! x

I was allowed up 310CC but he said because skin is so thin and lack of tissue rippling will be a bigger problem and risk of CC x

Don’t go off them girls like joannabella says they are always wrong …thank god… it’s when you start trying the bras on you get a truer size and the measuring tape is only a starting guide xxx

Those charts even getting properly measured are a load of rubbish and don’t match today’s bra sizing as we know it! It’s a little like the British size chart, which was created in 1922 and never been revised. If we go from that size chart if today you normally wear around size 8 clothes according to the chart you will be a 12/14!
My friend who hasn’t had a ba went to m n s last week n got measured because you get £5 off if you do, she normally wears a 32 DD, the woman said she measured a 34b which when she fetched that size didn’t fit when they tried all different sizes on they agreed that she was actually the size she was wearing a 32DD!
Even the lady n mns told her that sizing just doesn’t work anymore you have to try them on, so really sweets what I’m trying to say is be patient (coming from me lol) wait for them to fluff then go and try different sizes on xxxx

I was the exact same measurments preop when I got measured at m&s she said i was between a 32b/c so the charts will be correct… But its way too soon to get an accurate measure this early with unders as the muscle pulls them in sooo tight. Like this time from straight after surgery to now over 3wk po.. theyv increased nearly 2 inch more as the projection is coming out due to muscle relaxing. And most places these days go by fitting rather than measuring. In my 1st op Ann summers measured me and she said your coming up at a DD yet even the E cup didn’t fit me. Debenhams and la senza only measured underbust then did my cup by tryin dif sizes. So please do not worry.. ul get the full c cup hun xxx

Still only 16days po but got impatient lol i know i could only go so big for a reason but kinda gutted that when i have clothes on you actually cant tell at all that ive got boobs. Even my boss said “so when u going back to have them finished off?!” :/ should just be greatful that they arnt saggy and granny like anymore x

    Menu

Alot of people feel sad at first saying they look small but give it a fwe months for the implants to settle in properly to see their true size, once they have dropped and stuff.. I got told off a surgeon never to judge breasts until a few month down the line

Hun if you measure 28 under you should wear a 28 band, or 30! This is why so many people wear the wrong size bra. We don’t add 4/5″ anymore. The size you measure is the size you are then you work out your cup size from there.
The best way to find the correct bra size is to go and get yourself measured at a proper lingerie store xx

    Menu

Everywere I’ve been do.. I measured 26 underneath. La senza Ann summers and Debenhams all said 30 :/ although online it says some ppl still use add 4/5 and some people don’t. But I’ve not been anywere that didn’t add it xx

I can’t say that I personally use either measuring system. I have just read and been told that now you don’t add inches. I just try on bras and if they fit I buy them lol. I also measure 26 but I wear 28 band bras. Xx

    Menu

I’ve never tried 28.. it normally changes between 25/26 mine. got measured at m&s n they said 32 then passed me a 34 which was to big. I think its just best to go by fitting really n go with what feels right rather than what the tape says anyhow. Cause my expirience with the tape measuring in Ann summers was totally wrong she said 30 but said they don’t stock 30s so would have to be 32 but I was measuring DD yet I was stood there busting out of an 32E cup :/ xx

Maybe you should try a 28, you may find it fits nicely as your so small. I do agree with going with what fits. I was measured once in la senza and they told me I was a 32C and I think that was because they don’t stock anything smaller. Xx

    Menu

Lasenza do 30s now don’t think they do 28 though. I always wear 32 even tho its wrong because were I live there’s no shops in town that sell 30 or less. Were I live is sooo bad for shopping xx

They used to sell 30 online, but never in the shop, not sure if that’s changed! I just don’t go in there now as the bras didn’t fit. That’s not good at all. I think it’s awful that you can’t get smaller than a 32! Xx

Ive always just worn a 32 as well. CK bras sometimes come up smaller, i have a 32A (not that it fits now) which was SOOOOO tight and left red marks even though i measure 27″. Guess it just varies from place to place x
