    @marymiall Thanks for the add, i’m booked in for Vaser on 15th March in Doncaster and i’m excited and nervous so was great to see your pictures the results are amazing!! How longer after the procedure were you up and around and walking about without pain, just need to decide how much time to take off work, I sit at a desk so it’s not a strenuous job xx

      I took 1 week off work, but would have preferred to take 2 if I’d known. I was up and around straight away, on painkillers, then rested at home quietly. Difficult to sit in the post op vest plus compression garment all day so just depends on how much flexibility you have with your work. I could work from home for a bit extra which helped. It all got much easier after 2 weeks. x
