Havnt had my op yet it’s the 18th of December x
ohh ok hun! what size are you going for? I’m a size 12 and around 11 1/2 stone atm but trying to lose as much weight as possible before my op in jan! just don’t want them to look too small for my body. xx
I’m having 450cc high profiles . Your the same as me really im size 12 but heavier than you im 12stone but I work out so I weigh heavier because of muscle haha! I think around 400-450cc. Will look just right hun xx

You don’t wanna loose it too quickly with fad diets coz it won’t be fat your loosing it will be water and you’ll be decreasing your muscles . Just cut out all the crap and exercise is the best way. Eat small and often of good whole foods to fuel your body . No crisps,processed foods/microwave meals and no sugary drinks . I’m not at my goal would like to weigh less but it’s not easy haha . Good luck with yours too . I’m on strict food up untill op hopefully shed some extra fat. Cx

No they won’t look small I just think your frame could pull off a ltitle bit bigger . Have you tried in the 400cc xx
yeah i tried n the 400s and liked them! having a second consult ned week so i will maybe try on 450 too xx
