Hi girls. I wanted to share my pictures with you. I’m currently about 16 weeks post op. I had 350cc HP under with Dr Traynor. Before op I was flat a. Since op it has been emotional rollercoaster for me. I started liking them after 12 weeks. But now they shrunk. The are still quite hard and I don’t have cleavage at all. Even bras dont help. It seems like they are stuck more on sides. They are still to hard to push them together. I had my 3mc appointment with surgeon and he was really happy with results. Do you think something might be wrong? How chest exercises effect them? I’m really gutted. Feels like I wasted money xx

Hi Hun they do still look more like 4/5weeks to be honest seems like they’re quite tight in your chest but I’m sure in time your skin will stretch to accomodate them better. You’ll probably actually be glad for it one day because the lack of elasticity in your skin should mean u dont sag easily lol. I wouldn’t say there’s anything wrong with them I just think your body needs a little more time to adjust to them. X

Hi hun. I totally agree that they look more like 5 weeks not like 16. My skin on chest always felt tight (since I started lifting weights-about 3 years ago). I loved them about Christmas time. But since new year I’m back in the gym doing my old program. Of course I avoid heavy bench press. I only do a few exercises for chest to keep my body in balance. Do you think that’s why? Dr Traynor said to not wear bra for a few hours every so often.
Hahaha definitely I don’t sag that easy 🙂

They look like a week after op! Definitely your muscles are in spasm and haven’t accommodated yet to their existence so they are taking longer to relax and allowing them to drop. Maybe because you’re athletic so your muscles are quite tough. If the surgeon said they look ok then you shouldn’t worry they will take their time and eventually get there. Be patient xx p.s your size is amazing 🙂

I wouldnt worry at all they have not dropped and fluffed yet.. im sure mine were similar once and now im 34DD with lovely cleavage.. the stronger the muscle and elasticity of your skin the longer the implant takes to push out – at 6 months mine made lots of changes x

Thank you Sabrina. 3 weeks later and there is no a lot of changes. Will be 5mc in the end of feb. I can move them up and down lol but I can’t move them left or right. No cleavage even with push up bra. They still feel quite hard. I feel really down with them. I will wait a couple of weeks more and maybe contact my nurse. I have been measured 34DD as well. Ah hope you are right xxx

I see that hat you mean! It’s like the pet towards the middle hasn’t been made big enough so they’re all in your armpits. Is your sternum swollen?

Well I’m not sure if my sternum is swollen but it looks like yes. They look perfect from the side but front looks flat. I’m going on holiday next week and I’m not looking forward to showing them off in bikini 🙁
