1st consultation tomorrow! What to expect??

Heya girls I have my first meeting with my PC tomorrow in chelmsford and am wondering what to expect! I see a lot of talk about surgeon meetings but not seen much on the first initial consultation and I’m a little nervous haha xx

Hi ladies! I also have my first consultation today (6th) I know it’s not with the surgeon or anything but I’m really nervous! Like you said nobody mentions what it entails! I just can’t wait to get the ball rolling! Hope all goes well 🙂 xxx

Morning ladies, you normally just discuss your expectations, if you’ve a surgeon in mind, if not the nurse will try and match you to the surgeon which specialises in the look you want, health, medical or family history, how long youve wanted surgery etc. It’s really informative. If you’ve a date in mind for your op take a deposit so you can secure a date. I knew which surgeon I wanted and saw him in my consultation along with the nurse on the 9th of November, I booked it there and then and had my op on the 30th so only three weeks 🙂 My advice is put any questions you have in the notes on your phone so you don’t forget things. Good luck with your surgeries 🙂 I’m nearly 10wpo now and aside from having my daughter it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done x 🙂
