Hi, finally got all my strapping off yesterday. Felt really weird. They don’t quite feel like they are mine yet. Still look very swollen and high which I know is normal.
Still have to wear my breast band during the day for the next 2 weeks but am happy to say I can now sleep without it and finally slept 8 hours straight trough!!
I’m no longer on any painkillers and antibiotics so the bloating is starting to ease up too.
Incisions are looking very neat and I can finally shower on Thursday and take last of the dressings off!
Went to go and get one of the marks and spencer high impact sports bras yesterday too. 32F!! I think I’ll drop to an E once swelling goes down but it was a surreal experience lol I’ve attached my 1wPO pics!
