    Hi ladies
    So I’m not one for complaining at all, very lucky to have had my boob job but…
    I feel really low today cause my stomach looks like I’m 6 months expecting!!
    I’m not sure if I’ve put weight on or just bloted now!!
    Can’t go to gym obvs – don’t know if I should diet…

    @josoap hope you’re ok babe, my belly still looks big and I’m 5wpo tomorrow, it’s annoying and I didn’t prepare for the bloating at all. Hope you feel better soon xx

    I think everyone gets bloated. Just be thankful it’s winter and you can look cute in a heavy knit jumper and jeans!!

    Also remember everyone without new amazing boobies also have the Christmas spare tire right now. Just 1 more week till you can go to the gym, keep your head up! 🙂

    It’s so hard and by your stage I was the same as you, found it so hard to feel happy in my body. Boobs great but now I’m fat with boobs haha which is literally not true at all. I’m pretty into my healthy eating and I weight train so for me it was horrible not training and the bloat was literally a joke. Remember ur holding water ALL over your body so step 1 in order to hold less water you have to drink more water. Get 2-4 litres down you a day get a big bottle and really stick to it for a week I’m certain you’ll notice a difference. Try to plan a few healthy dinners, planning your meals and snacks is a great way of feeling better about your belly. There is a chance having not moved off the sofa for a week you’ve put on some water weight and max 1/2lb of fat but honestly a week of drinking your water and eating well will do your body and mind a world of good. Swap some hot drinks for peppermint teas for the bloat (they count towards your water intake too), and just try and get your head mentally in a good place. We all felt same your not alone and I promise you in another few weeks you’ll be totally back to yourself.

    I will motivate myself to start drinking the water and some healthy eating????

    I feel the exact same was just about to write a post too Actually!
    I’m 24dpo .. love my boobs so far but hating the rest of me haha not sure if it’s just a mix of lack of tan and gym.. Xx

    I’ve found going for a few brisk walks is helping too! I’ve gone from being really lean with abs to mitchelin mans wife! I feel like really disgusting too but guaranteed as soon as you have first week back at gym I bet half the weight gained is just water and will drop off real quickly! I feel your pain. Like Grainne said lots of water and lean meals too! Ps we’ve just had Christmas too! Don’t be so hard on yourself! Xx
