275cc and 300 HELP please

Hey ladies I saw my surgeon today his told me that 275 in my left and 300 in my right will be my best option and over , I feel a little gutted as wanted to go bigger :(. He said my skin will look really tight on my left if I go bigger, I’m a 34b he said will be 34d, does anyone have any pictures please,

Hi I was a b cup, small, but I’m 5 and a half weeks po, I got measured a few days early cause my post op bra was not fitting anymore and so I wasn’t getting the support I needed. I’ve been measured as a 28FF or 30F at boux avenue and 32E at m & s. I had 250hp partial unders, small implants can go a long way in a small frame. I’m 5ft, and 45kg, tiny size 6

Hi I have had same as that! But i had the 300 in the left! And 275 in the right. I had Dr Lutz amd she said probably similar to your surgeon, that I didn’t have enough tissue because smaller boob is quite narrow and they will ripple.
I was a 36 b with a huge gap between the 2 boobs that i could park a car in, haha! Now at 2wks post op tbey seem to be a D but I am hoping they could drop and fluff to a DD? I’ll settle for a D though I suppose.
