275cc , dont underestimate smaller implants! Before and after pics

Ive said this a few times on post but just wanted to reiterate the fact.. do not under estimate small implants they go a long way!!! When i first my surgeon he was very straight forward in telling me i had an ‘lean’ figure, petite and i wouldnt be able to get huge implants .. that was okay as i only wanted to fill out a bra, but when he said ‘250cc’ my heart sunk… normally you see girls have 350, 450.. 600. I just thought i suppose ill just never be able to have the boobs i want. I pushed my surgeon up to 275cc.

Anyway, now im 6 weeks post op ive realised i honestly could have gone smaller. Im a DD and my boobs are huge lol!!!

To conclude dont be put down when a surgeon offers you maybe implants that are under 300 or implants that you regard as on the smaller side to what you wanted as normally surgeons do know best!!

Look amazing!! Definitely think I will have to have small implants due to being 5ft1 and 7st. We’re the unders/ overs and hp/mod etc if you don’t mind me asking?

Wow what a difference, you can actually have small small implants and still be big….did you have unders or overs?
I went 345cc overs and look tiny compared to you , you look great 🙂 xx

Its crazy isnt it!! I had 275cc unders but only up untill a month after did fhey start too look big!! Thats typical of unders because your muscel swueezes the implant down at first but as it slowly lets go your boobs expand, then drop snd fluff.

Ive read that overs do the same!

Totally agree with you! I’m pretty much same as you, lean petite figure, 5ft2, I was barely an A cup before! I was always stuck choosing between 275 & 300, eventually I went for the 275! And I am soooooo happy! I am so glad that I choose these over the 300! I’m 8 days post surgery now and I’m so happy with the results so far 🙂 Yours look amazing too 🙂 At what stage did you get measured? I am so curious to know what size I will be lol! I have attached a pic of mine below 🙂 8 days post op. Xxx

@stephanie yours look amazing too!!! I got measured yesterday (almost 6 weeks post op now) as I’ve read here no point of getting measured before they drop and fluff. So many things changes from 1 dpo to a week to 6 weeks. I had big boobs till 7DPO then I thought I lost them all as the swelling went down. Then now they dropped and I got up 2 sizes! I just hope they stop growing now haha! But yes, I would recommend wait till 5/6 weeks. And patience is the key! Xxx

Alison recovery is going well thanks 🙂 not too sure if they’ve dropped already but at no point they’ve got smaller or maybe I haven’t noticed it or didn’t have much swelling in the first place x

Yeah I thought I remembered hearing the 6 week mark. I will patiently wait till then lol! I’m so curious of what size I will be! Big change after having nothing 🙂 xxx
