hi there … the difference is literally a small tea spoon full … go for the 275 you wont regret it .. i wish i could of gone 300 now a year after mine have been done .. boobie greed does set in .. but its a very small amount .. im measuring a 32 D now after 275 cc round hp silicone .. very happy considering i was a small 32a before …good luck ! xx sorry no pics loaded xx

Okay so I’m new to this I’ve had my first consultation and I’m going to meet Dr Traynor tomorrow I’m 5ft 4 and around 7 stone and a bit I’m worried I will be told I can’t go too big I’ve read a few girls saying they’re disappointed with the size I’m just wondering what size I could go to hoping for 350 cc I don’t have much breast tissue atall I mean there’s a little any ideas girls ? Xx

Original small B. I got 300cc HP gummy under. Go big if you dont wanna regret. I measure myself after 2days of surgery i was at 33in. After a week i drop down to 32in because the swollen goes down :(. I hope they dont go down anymore.

If it helps I was a 32AA before and was offered 225cc and 250cc HP under the muscle implants by dr lutz , on the day she said she would go with whatever would fit (she fit 250cc but she did partial not under the muscle completely) I’ve attached a photo I’m only 3 weeks post op so they should drop and fluff , I got a fitting the other day she said I’m a 32C but should drop and fluff to a D of DD ? I have a very petite frame I’m 5’2 and size 6 or extra small in most clothes
