    Hi girls,
I know iv posted before, hoping to book my surgery for January. Been to see Ms Lutz and she’s offered me 275cc/ 300cc HP unders. I am currently a small 32/34 A and wanting to go to a full C/good D but no bigger. I know everyone is different and I know there’s not much between them but I don’t want to get it wrong as I don’t really want to end up bigger than a D.
    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thank you x

Hi I’ve just seen your stats, I’m same height and weight as you, I was a 34a but had enough breast tissue to go over the muscle, I had 380cc over I would say I am a full C/D cup I’ll attach my before and after hope it helps xx

    I had 300cc overs 2 weeks ago.
I wish I went bigger if I’m honest, I know I still have a bit of changing to do; but with me having overs I don’t think they will get any bigger. I would say im going to be a c cup, which im a bit disappointed as I wanted a full D. Il try and post before and after pics but they never load ????

Thanks girls this really does help. They look great Jamie! It’s so hard because the implants always seem to measure bigger than they look (by what people say on here) everyone keeps saying just to go with the biggest size offered. I think I’m just over thinking it a bit, but don’t want to pay all the money to wish I’d gone for the bigger size (though there’s only a little different but in little boobies a little can be a lot) x

It is such a hard decision! I’m the end I emailed my surgeon and asked him to pick what size he felt best suited my frame, and I’m so glad he did because I would of picked smaller and I think I would of been disappointed, I think for your stats the bigger of the two sizes you will be happier with, no one even knows I’ve had mine done unless I tell them xx

I ended up with 325cc mod plus dual plane had options of 275cc/300cc/325c.. wanted natural look. Started with 32b got measured yesterday and I’m 32dd in M&S. Surgeon made the choice in theatre between 300 and 325cc I told him to go with the 325 if he could but he felt 300cc would be better I was also happy to go with that.

Hey.. I’m 7 days post op. I had 275cc overs. As you can see, my breast before were empty sacs. 32/4 b/c depending on were I shopped. I’m hoping they settle at a full C at least. ????

I’m booked in to have 275 cc and 300 cc due to one breast being slightly larger. I’m hoping they will be big enough. I don’t want massive boobs, currently between a A/B cup and want to be like a small D

    What does dual plane mean?

@Ashleigh dual plane is partly behind the muscle, so technically unders. They cut through the pectoral muscle to make a pocket for the implant the bottom of the implant is not covered by the the muscle only the top. I had dr max marcellinio and I love my results too, they’re just how I wanted them. I went for moderate plus as I didn’t want the upper fullness of high profile I wanted a natural look. I hope this helps. Good luck xx
