    Hey ladies,
Thought i would share my experience so far as I’ve found this chat helpful! I haven’t had my BA through MYA, so I hope it’s ok to post on here. All I want to point out is do not under estimate the after pain!! I was a 34b and have had 425cc unders and oh my god it’s painful! My advise to anyone is get as much rest as possible but at the same time be a little mobile so you don’t stiffen up to much! Good luck to anyone having unders!

I was 34b and had 400 partials 🙂 the pain will get better now day by day, just rest and enjoy the time doing nothing!! I felt so much better by day 4/5!

I was 32A and got 400cc dual plain and my pain has been very minimal, just the odd shooting pain here and then a vibration feeling which has now calmed down. I’m 3 days post op. It’s more just tightening, I went out today too and had no pain. Everyone is different and hope you get better soon! With time you will get better. But really good that you stay mobile as it’ll help a lot !! Xxxx

Girls how did you find it best to sleep? I’ve practically sat up sleeping last 2 night’s worried if I lay right back, I won’t be able to get up in the morning lol or my chest will feel tighter when I sit up?!
Katerin wish I had your pain threshold lol, I thought I’d be ok having been through 2 c sections, I know it’s a completely different area but oh my god this pain was so much worse lol x

I’ve got tons of cushions on my bed so I just laid them out so that I’m very supported and propped up and found sleep fine! I use the pillows/cushions to prop myself up at 45 degrees, then the V pillow over my shoulders to support my neck and stop me moving around much!
